How We Work

Whether you are looking to rent or buy, we want to find you your perfect home, be it for your main residence, a second home or for investment purposes.  In order to find out your desires and aspirations, we will ask you to complete our extensive Property Questionnaire.  You may do this on-line or by asking for an Information Pack.

Our search will begin upon receipt of your completed questionnaire, your signed contract and your cheque in payment of our Registration Fee.

We will register your requirements with the local estate agents, search the internet and use any other sources available to us to identify promising properties. With the benefit of our local knowledge, we will then view those properties which, we feel, are most relevant. Only the details of the properties which we consider most suitable will be sent to you, together with our own report which may contain recommendations and comments relating to your own specific requirements. We will then liase with the estate agents or vendor to arrange for you to view the short-listed properties, when we shall be happy to accompanyyou and advise on location and other matters.
