Purchases

Registration Fee: £500 refundable in the event of a successful purchase (Should a contract be extended and a further Registration Fee paid, only one registration fee will be refunded)

Commission Fee: 0.5% of the purchase price

Rentals

Registration Fee: £500

Commission Fee: Half a month's rent

These fees include all services as defined in Section 2 of our Standard Terms and Conditions of Service and will be for a period of up to six months.

However, we appreciate that everyone's needs are different and we invite you to contact us to discuss any other requirements you may have.

We do not charge VAT.
